HISTORY
3rd generation & counting
1974: Trade activity of Chantzi began at the same time with the farming of its land.
1992: The family company Dimitrios Ach. Chantzis SA with commercial and industrial activities was establishedin its private facilities of 2,500 m2./p>
1997: Participation of the family in the establishment of the company Mantis SA with commercial and industrial activities. Its activities include import of products such as Red Bull, but also product exportation.
2001: Participation of the family in the establishment of the Fortis Company aiming at distributing products.
2001: Establishment of the company Ermis – Distributions in Thessaly S.A. aiming at trade of products and farming.
2010: Cultivationofpomegranate, cherry and apple trees in privateland.
THE COMPANY
The company Ermis – Distributions in Thessaly S.A. was founded in 2001 and is a family company of the Chantzi family.
Its private premises (property of the family members) house the company Ermis – Distributions in Thessaly S.A. in 2,500 m2 and are located in the 4th km of the Trikala – Larisa highway.
The facilities include the company offices, the warehousing space, refrigerators and the packing plant.
Moreover, our company has developed and implements a quality management system, which meets the requirements of the ELOT standard EN ISO 9001:2008, but also a food safety management system& a food chain management system for the requirements of several organizations, which meets the requirements of the ELOT standard EN ISO 22000:2005.
